I care. This is not just an issue of whether or not a package is received
or lost. It is about getting both the merchandise and service for which
you paid. I do not doubt Roberts stated intent to replace the chip if
lost. I think that is a given. However, I would have paid for USPS
insurance and did not get it. I've had packages that were supposed to be insured delivered uninsured. When questioned the seller said "I self
insure". That after stating shipment by insured USPS. That is just
another ripoff even though it is a relatively small amount. Self insuring should be stated up front. A seller should not charge a customer
insurance then decide to self insure without the customers concurence or knowledge.
