Travis; There is no question that the following hypothetical scenario takes place at many auctions .... including the club's annual auctions in Las Vegas.

"Hey Trav; I'm really interested in Lot #1234 and I know that you have more than a passing interest in Lot #1245". Tell you what; I won't bid against you on the lot you are interested in if you won't bid against me on the lot that I'm interested in."

Can that be construed as "bid-rigging" Travis?
