Thanks for the background, Rich. I take it there's no catalog designation yet?

As I slid mine into the pocket on the plastic page, I neatly sliced off the "inlay". Now I have to re-attach it to the paper underneath. Suggestion for adhesive? Rubber cement, wallpaper paste, white wood glue, airplane cement, horse glue?
