I've had a hard time figuring out the dime that I posted. Several things about it just don't make sense. If one was trying to fool a chip collector, why the fake inserts just on the edges? That part doesn't make sense to me. It also doesn't seem likely that anyone would go to all the work involved to create some 10c chips. I guess the idea of an attempt to defraud a chip collector makes the most sense, but the insert part still bothers me.
