Don't know if this will help but...A little while back I couldn't go anywhere...except for what was in My Favorites. If I would type www.whatever in my address bar it was a no go. The next day it would work fine...but after that once again it was a no go. To make a long story shorter I had to call Dell who then connected me with Software and it turns out that the Automatic Updates { Windows XP } weren't compatiable with certain types of HP Products { my scanner }.
