Thanks for posting your scan, Charles, as it shows that we have a mistake in TCR. Your chip appears to be lime green in your scan but appears to be Turquoise on my monitor screen. I now believe that this also occured when Steve Passalaqua emailed me his scan many years ago. TCR lists both the Lime N0566 and the Turquoise N0565.

I believe both of these entries are of the same chip. Steve's chip was uncancelled like yours and all three conditions appear in TCR. I am going to delete the Turquoise N0565 entries and add an uncancelled one to the Lime N0566 entry with a (M) value. Both the (CAN) and the (MOD) will be (K).
