Hi Joe, We are stepping uo our efforts with Mayor Goodman's office on the old post office. We met with them 3 years ago and it's taken this long for them to get to a point where it appears that they are going to do something.

We are also looking into working with a grantsman to see if we can get some goverment help.

We are talking with the AGA again about some help. I tried them 2 years ago, but I'm trying a different approach this time.

That's about it. Obviously we need to keep raising money, we'll need a healthy amount regardless of whether we find something on our own or work with the city, etc. Regards, Jim Kruse
