I need the boards help. I just bought this $5 Sheryl Crow HR chip. It is one of the few $5 HR's I still need to complete my collection. All my $5 HR's are in uncirculated condition. I was told by the seller, whose name I will not disclose, that this chip was in uncirculated condition. After receiving chip and checking it out its condition is SU (slightly used). His response was "It didn't circulate. Both Crow chips are the same, as both were acquired on first day. Anyone else who got there on first day will have the same condition chip unless it was damaged in shipment."

So my question is are all uncirculated $5 Hard Rock Sheryl Crow chips in this SU condition, lik ethe one below, (chip edges are dulling, cross-thatching near edge is slightly worn and does not go to edge in some spots, very, very tiny rim dings)? See high res scan below.
