Well that wasn't as evil a post as I feared it might be, Jim; in fact it was downright polite. Just one thought. I'm one of the collectors that does not sell, ordinarily. I do at the convention and I will sell some chips to beginners, since Dale and Allan Myers helped me along. But sometimes us purists have to sell--maybe to buy something expensive, or as one of my friends had to do years ago, to sell in order to get IRS off his back. Professional dealers don't need much advice but if an Archie, or Charlie or any of the other dealers ever asked for my opinion on the value of a chip, I'd be pleased to try to help them. Of course, they'd probably be foolish to ask me, but I'd help. Now, go back and pick on Rene or Archie or Trimble--in fact, you haven't hardly had a bad thing to say to Gene in weeks.
