Thanks, Gene, but what I meant about when the final
decision is in my favor and I don't accept it is
when I'm overpaid. When I see and hear the dealer
call the amount to the pit and the pit either says
okay or nods, I like to ask if that's correct and a
final decision. I already know it's an overpayment.
I then tell the dealer it's too much. If I did not
do this in Nevada and the eye caught it telling the
pit it was too much after the "final decision" was
called. Is that final, or do they just decide again?
<g> You mentioned it was legal. Is it legal even if
the final decision was in the players favor, too?
As I said, I'm not too familiar with Nevada's rules.
