You wrote - "They have to stop the money hemorrhage somehow" - You are 100% right - So if alot of corperations Stop giving the Top Brass Huge Bonuses and stock options and not make so many costly Bad Management calls that would be a start. It's always easy to blame the workers first. when in fact it starts with management who runs the place.They have to cover up those mastakes and that is what cost money - GM alone has had a number of them in the last 5 years.
