Bob you said "not being told what we have to buy by the government or some company, is called freedom. Freedom is what makes this country strong." - Guess what? - my GM plant said Starting May 1st - If you do not drive a GM product or anything that GM has a investment in - Car & Truck you will have to park in the far parking lot - Honda Tyoda, Kia & ect. - even though the workers make a profit for GM by building their product - So much for freedom of choice?? - That's like treating fellow workers( UAW) like second class workers. We make SUV's from $50,000 and up - We even gave up our employee discount so anyone can get it - We gave up consecions wages & Benifits to help GM out of a ( so-called tight spot ) = Bad management decisions - But the price of the SUV still went higher = Corprate Greed - and to get more $$ they will cut jobs & close Plants - This is just at our plant - mulitply that by how many plants GM has left in the U.S.= Alot of Profit for them = no jobs of workers and suppliers ( Ripple effect Nation wide) - so if a worker can start a business They better hope the customers have jobs or that business will fail also .
