Some of my favorites are the ones at Binions - they have them 3 times a day. But that's the north side of the strip.

For the south side the Mandalay Bay is a good one, along with the Luxor. Silverton also has a nice small one as well as Orleans and Mirage - depends on the size/buy-in you are interested in.
