John Force won the NHRA Nitro Funny Car Championship 9 times in the 1990's, Cruz Pedregon won it in 1992. That adds up ten events in a decade that just ended. Winning the Championship again this year won't be counted as a win in the 1990's because it wouldn't be.

We need to get on the same page about this people. It isn't because I don't know how to count, it is because some folks view the passage of time as having to begin in the same arena as counting objects, i.e., you can't start at zero. You HAVE to start with a zero when counting time.
