I know this aint a bowl of cherries and I am trying to think of an idea that works for all
and here is what I came up with....

Any member already active prior to 12/31/05 would
pay the new dues increase but is eligible to purchase life at the old price since he was a member before the increase. that way his hopes of life arent shattered but pays the newer yearly fee to help the club with all its fees.Then after 3 years time he could purchase life at the old rate.

Another option would be to put off the increase
for 3 more years, forewarning everyone that is a member TODAY that they will get their "life" at the price they expected to pay. New members coming in pay the new rate from the GET GO. The club would need some sort of donation drive or raffles to help offset their losses during this time. I offer my help on that as well as any new memberwith hopes of life should help to raise funds too.

It seems the increase punishes the NEW members like myself. As the Older members Pass on it is the new members that "FUEL" the fire and keep the club in existence. I am 40 and hoped to be here a long long time but I am in question to my club existence now.

In retrospect,I really wish I had joined the club a few years back when I had the chance but my $$ went to a Harley Davidson club that I am no longer in.

Mudbone you might get some new members in the NON club. LOL
