I agree, Greg. I think if we, as a group, club, whatever, are to try to list ALL of the "millennium" chips for posterity, we need to be inclusive rather than exclusive. I do think in such a listing, any chip that does not say "millennium" on it should have an "attribution." Such as, casino promoted as such, released during millenium fever, etc. This Harveys is another example that doesn't say millennium. If they have not marketed it as a millennium chip, I would include it by association, at least until such time as they release a true "Millennium 2001" chip.
Let the individual collectors then decide which chips to collect, and why.
Note, the Cal Neva set does not say "millennium" anywhere on any face, but says "millennium issue" on the edge design. And even though Silver Club released a chip that says, "Y2K Bug," they released it along with a "Millennium 2000" chip. I'd call that a set.
BTW, I would NOT call the Harrah's Gaming Through the Ages set a millennium set, even though the timing is close, and the theme is "calendar" related.
