The way I make my personal crest and seal type chip is quite a process.
First I get a cold beer and go through some old used crest and seal chips to find the colors I want. Next I use a knife or screwdriver to gouge out the center inlay on the chips. Then I use an artist acrylic material to fill the chip centers. After a few filling and sanding steps to ensure a good flat surface I get a beer and stamp the chips. Next I use a product called Crystal Clear to seal the chips. A few beers are needed while they dry and then do the other side. There is quite a bit time involved to make them. The most important part of the process is not running out of beer.
