It seems that the Virginias and Carolinas are the last refuge. (I assume Kentucky as well; where's Gene when you need him? LOL).
Everybody I know here who has friends travelling South places similar orders.
Guess they figure that someone still has to foot the bill for 9/11 and since smokers are doomed anyway, they're getting hit the hardest.
Just got off the phone with my brother in Seattle...45-50 a carton there.
