That's funny - I was just talking to someone about this yesterday. He's a consultant in NYC but lives in VA (fairfax). When he goes up to the office in NYC he is ordered to bring 4 cartons of Marlboro's to another colleague because its like $33 a carton in VA.

I seem to remember it being cheaper on Indian Reservations as well. Not being a smoker I wasnt that interested.
