Well... I finally took a job. I start a 6 month contract on Monday working for a couple of guys I know from my former company. It's good to be amongst friends at work. The job could go longer than the 6 months and could possibly turn permanent, so it's a great opportunity.

So, how did I celebrate this? I booked my travel plans for the convention. (I pre-negotiated the time off.) The wife and daughter are also going to come out for the first few days, so I'll have limited Splashbar time until Wednesday. I'm sure I'll make up for it though.

I'm going to miss the banquet due to taking them to the airport, but I've already booked my donations to the blackjack and poker tourney winners.

Can't wait to see everyone again!
