I believe the correct size for casino chips is 2½" by 2½" flip with a 1¾" window. The are also 2½" by 2½" flips with a 2" window for oversized chips and tokens.

They also make vinyl pages that hold 12 flips per page. These pages fit in a standard three-ring binder.

You can often find these flips and pages at a local coin collecting store.
