It would seem to me that future-month chips could be submitted and approved for any quantity the casino desired. I believe that was the thrust of the question that Jim asked, which was about revenue that the casino might receive from these popular calendar-girl chips. Of course, if quantity is stated on the artwork, that's the limit for production of that particular design.
