That's a question that the seller could answer. eBay is usually pretty stingy about issuing listing refunds on lots placed by mistake in one way or another. I remember reading on this board about an inflated minimum bid, made due to a typo, something along the lines of listing a chip at $300 minimum when it should have been $3. eBay wouldn't refund the original listing charge.
