I almost always use the Cadman Plaza branch (a 10-minute walk for me), but I procrastinate, needed it postmarked March20th, the Cadman branch closes at 8 PM, so went to the 8th Ave branch in NYC (across the street from Madison Square Garden), which is open 24/7. In Brooklyn, those who come late to the post office are told to go to NYC.
