Since many of us are gamblers at heart, why don't we pool our resources and do a little educated gambling, creating a large enough fund for a Club building? I don't know how many members we have but just for the heck of it lets say 7500 give or take. If everyone, annually for the next two years, sent $10 bucks over and above regular Club dues into a secure account, then we'd have something to take to the dance floor. 7500 x $10 = $75,000 x 2 = $150,000k. Then, with the input of many minds, we could invest that cash in the stock market.

Before I really understood the markets, I took $25k and turned it into $800k, then gave a large chunk of it back. But since then, after schooling myself, I have been steadily making money.

Someone with a little more time on their hands should give this some thought. I think with the right plan, nearly all members would jump at an opportunity like this, I sure would.
