I dont agree on this one.

I would reckon up to half of the first two months are 'gone and lost'.
New issue dealers probably provided about 200 to their customers, and over 100 Jan and 150 Feb have now gone on ebay/jackpot.

We know someone has a rack of Jan. That only leaves about 50 unaccounted for. There are maybe 100 more Feb around. That tallys with the $60/$45 prices being fetched.

For anyones info, the 'asking price' on the rack of Jan unsold on ebay was $4000 (or at least it was when I was offered it). I had offered $2500.

Now I agree the March prices seem somewhat inflated and it is suspicious that the new issue dealers could only find about 50 between them. Something doesnt smell right on that one, I cant believe they let all 1000 out.
