Actually, he stole the description fromthe auction of "bobyguns" where he won one of the plaques ( http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=63756&item=6239112654 ).
I wouldn't pay for the item as I believe the auction description versus the title was deceptive.
I have learned from past experience that if an 
seller doesn't list shipping costs -- ASK!!! Steve B
