I have seen some packages come at $.52 and others @ $.63. I can not figure how one PO charges one price and another lets it go. I have never personally been asked for additional postage due. I know I ship with a oversize evelope and its not going to go under $.60, but I've recently bought the smaller bubble shippers and I'm going to see what my PO charges for 1 chip. Will be curious.
BTW, I did not know you can not do a delivery confirmation on an package unless its a 1/4" thick. So I've been told. To get around it is to add some bubble wrap or paper to make it thick and yet as light as it can be. Just an added note. The person at the PO said its to stop people who send letters that way instead of registerd mail.
