The Le Cove Brighton Beach chips were the last of the retail store "Fantasy" chips made. They were made for the Atlantic City retail store. It was kept open quite a while after the LV store was closed. The chips were never offered for sale at the store as it closed. Maybe Archie can give us the date of its closure. The chips were actually made in 2004.
