If I had 3400, and prospects for unloading them, yes I agree. However if I have 3400, and my prospects are to unload 100, I see that as alot of cash wrapped up in product that I have now caused conflict with my buying public.

I don't know the guy, and don't care about the chips, I found the discussion interesting, especially his choice of targets.
