You ignored my first statement completely. Show me where Gene wrote what you and Matt claim he wrote.
I've seen you whine about nobody explaining or defining what is rare in this hobby. David did just that hours ago in the subject line of a post. If there are more than 100 known examples (not 100 sets of 1000), a chip is not considered rare. Harder to get maybe, but the word rare is reserved for chips like this one, under 10 known.

NO!!! If one person has one set of 16000, chips, that does not make the chips rare.
