Wow, learn somethin' every day! *LOL* Never heard of that. I thought the rules were different based on the number of decks (i.e., surrender allowed on single decks, but not on shoes)...guess I need to pay more attention to the rules when I'm strolling around looking for a $5 table with first base open.
