I dont recall exactly what was agreed but I think we are supposed to bring 'new' chips although there is no requirement for them to be LE etc.

IMO, if anyone brings a chip with a WOOOOOOOOOOO or a HOOOOOOOOOOOO on it, it should be disqualified
