It all boils down to managment. It doesnt run well now. I see more deferred maintenance there now a days. The cocktail service is really bad and last trip to the Palms I commented on how good Palms service was to the sad service of Hard Rock and I was told that when the Palms opened most of their best staff left HR to go work at Palms. If HR worked harder and changed out all their memorbilia with different rotating items it could regain alot of business that it has lostProblem is it thinks its better than it really is and doesnt feel it has to. Stay at the Hard Rock 2 nites then The Palms 2 nites and you will see nite and day and how the Hard Rock should run
