I have subscribed to them for several years and never had a problem. In fact one year I renewed my subscription in January and ended up receiving 2 of the coupon books. I will say that the quality of the coupons have deteriorated significantly in the last two years, especially if you want coupons from locations other than Las Vegas. There are a lot more 2 for 1 buffets now than match play coupons which is what I use.
Concerning the problem mentioned, a company with good customer service would have sent a Feb. issue to you no charge just to keep the good will. I had the same problem with them a few years ago when I went to the Super Bowl chip show. I was expecting to use that years coupons but the book didn't arrive until March that year. Bummer.
