It is getting to the end of Feb, hadn't received an issue, hadn't received the coupons I had expected. Intended to use them in a few days, wondered what the hang up is. Had been told that the issue was on its way when I previously called.
When I called, instead of explaining the issue nicely, and apologizing, they said that because I didn't pay when I was supposed to (which apparently was 2 weeks before receiving the bill), I am at fault, and even after explaining the fallacy of that position to them, they still regard it as my fault.
I understand problems, errors, even foul ups (all part of the daily interaction of man) but don't pass the blame tome, when I am the inconvenienced party. It was the attitude more than anything that upset me.
I am glad you have never had a problem, I hope nobody ever does, but this was just the proverbial straw.
