Actually we have about a dozen species of bird living in the garden, plus a number of other 'visible' animals.

Some of the smaller birds nest in the loft of the house.

Summertime and the ducks fly up from the nearby river. If you forget to leave their food out they are tapping on the front door with their beaks at 5am.
