I didn't think I would ever see 6 for 5 single-deck blackjack games at Caesars Palace, but they were there last week.

Another change was they wanted a credit card number when you made a dinner reservation and would charge you $50 if you were a no show! This was true for Bradley Ogden's, at least.

I did appreciate the change in valet parking pricedure, though. They asked if you were Harrahs Diamond or 7-Star level, and if so, they put a card with your name on it on the dash. From then on, you were greeted by name when you arrived or picked up your car. I'm also told that Diamond members can use the new limo entrance for the Augustus Tower where there is never a wait. Didn't test this, though.

There is supposed to be a Diamond Lounge as well in the near future. Will be located in the Augustus Tower. There has been some kind of VIP lounge there since the Tower opened but I never went in to check. Diamond Lounges at other Harrahs properties are definitely a nice perq.
