I received a picture of this from a coin shop in Reno. They wanted my opinion. I said $100 tops to the right collector. The owner then called but I was too busy to talk so I said call me back in 10 minutes. I never heard back. I told the coin shop guy exactly what this is. Brass core with plastic of chip probably broken off or was never put on. Then I see it on ebay....
I have seen them in other denominations in the past. Gave a couple away I had as didnt want to sell them.
