Could you enlighten me as to why this token is "Rare"? Other than that it is a Retired token from this casino since the new tokens reflect the name change from Jean, NV to Primm, NV.

First of all you've partially answered your own question, the other reason this coin is considered rare is that it is a Limited Edition coin and there will never be any more manufactured.

Considered Rare - - - (My thought by whom? Definately not the collectors)
So, in this seller's mind if an item is a "LIMITED EDITION" or no more will be made, then that makes it "RARE". Strange reasoning.
So, CHIP collectors get ready to see every chip that say's "Limited Edition" on it to be sold with the description "RARE".
