Tom, it's the plastic holder, or the "encasement", that makes this piece desireable. Not the coin. There are only about 15 so called "encased" Silver Dollars from Nevada casinos. Most are from Harrah's. This is one of two encased in plastic of which I am aware. The other is from Harrah's.

I already have this piece. If I didn't I would be bidding agressively. It wouldn't matter to me if the coin had a hole in it!
