I do not want my money back...I want what I bid on and won..

This guy didn't get the price he wanted for the item so he elected to send me a junk ashtray...no communication, nothing.

That is unethical and illegal..

Of course, PayPal and maybe Ebay will get me a refund but I just want what I bid on and won.
