According to the Olsen & Johnson dice book, the first is similar to #R1541, which lists for $51-$75 a pair. The second is #R1538, which also lists for $51-$75 a pair.

They show 6 different pairs from the New Star Club, and all are listed at $51-$75. There's a note that "A small group of New Star and New Star Keno Club dice surfaced last year after virtually being unknown to exist." (The book was published in 2004).
