Sorry, Splashbar is just our center of attention during the convention (June 28 - July 1). The rest of the time you're best bet is to post on the chipboard when, where and what time you'd like to meet fellow members in Vegas....some GREAT people show up!
I personally like the bar at Ellis Island for non-convention gatherings (www.ellisislandcasino.com)...they have great,cheap micobrews and awsome food specials. Good place to meet locals too.
