My guess is that The Flamingo wont Pay Jimmy Buffet for the priviledge of using his likeness, those old rockers are very savy when it comes to money, My friend Mike has a old rocker for a father and that guy is sharp as a tack and goes after companys when he hears his song playing on a commercial and even in an elevator!!
