I have seen that style in the past. I think I sold or traded one or two of them to Club Members who post here. I agree that pricing seems to depend on who you deal with, and the amount of business you can provide to Matsui.
By the way, I do not think that stye of plaque would hold up very well if used for a long amount of time in a casino......
