Say the Borgata has only 250,000 of these chips available. If the chapter membership in the AC club approaches 251,000 members that chip will become very scarce.

I think they are getting close now with somewhere around 250,000 more to go to reach that milestone.

Looks like scarce is all relative. Compared to things like sand, air and water, yes these chips are pretty scarce. Now for those items printed under 100,000 I think the correct term is "Rare".
