We used to stay at the old Holiday Inn (now Harrah's) and the little one when we had the kids with us that is now (or soon won't be) The Boardwalk.

I like to stay at Harrah's where I can walk most places or take the toonerville trolly up and down the strip.

Cheaper but good places exist all up and down the strip and if you like down town - great rates and good gambling (tho not as good as when Bennie Binion owned the Horseshoe.
