No wonder I never heard back from him. Didn't even counter offer me. I may have gone a little higher, but not that much. I know it's a HR chip, but considering it is a NCV chip from an event hosted at the HR, and not an issued HR chip, I think the $75.00 is very high. The NCV chips from Jimmy Tipton's annual "Naughty Nighty Nite" event at the Palms are just as appealing, and they can be picked up for $10.00 or less on ebay right now. Of course, it's not what I would pay for it, it's what you are willing to pay for it.
