My 2 cents, I may be the new guy here, but not on ebay, Aug of 96, if I remember right. Most of my 300 feedbacks have been with me as the buyer. Nowadays when I receive a item in the mail, I check to see if the seller has left feedback. If not, they have very little chance I'll ever leaver positive feedback. The seller/ and buyer both have obligations. I filled mine very shortly after the auction ended.
